Because WEBKIT_FORCE_AT_FORCE_MOUSE_DOWN is a static property of MouseEvent, you always use it as MouseEvent.WEBKIT_FORCE_AT_FORCE_MOUSE_DOWN, rather than as a property of a MouseEvent instance.
