RemotePlayback: connecting event

The connecting event of the RemotePlayback interface fires when the user agent initiates remote playback.

Syntax

Use the event name in methods like addEventListener(), or set an event handler property.

addEventListener("connecting", (event) => { })

onconnecting = (event) => { }

Event type

A generic Event.

Example

In the following example the value of state is printed to the console when the user agent initiates a connection.

RemotePlayback.onconnecting = () => {
  console.log(RemotePlayback.state);
};
